My Neighbourhood Team
Scheme Manager
Scheme Managers are responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our sheltered housing schemes. They ensure support is delivered to customers, both directly and through the facilitation of inter-agency working to allow customers to live independently for as long as possible.
Scheme Supervisor
Scheme Supervisors assist in the management of the Association’s housing with care schemes in partnership with Social Services staff and to ensure the functioning of the scheme in the best interests of both the Association and its tenants.
Neighbourhood Officer
Neighbourhood Officers are responsible for the allocations of empty properties; this includes interviewing prospective tenants, carrying out viewings and tenancy sign ups. They are responsible for managing Anti Social Behaviour and ensuring complaints are investigated within the appropriate timescales. They are responsible for investigating reports of tenant damage and estate management. Their role includes responsibility for resident participation events and working with our customers to improve their communities.
Local Area Advisors
Local Area Advisors are the first point of contact for customers and are responsible for ensuring customers receive a high quality service when visiting our offices. They are responsible for the administration of allocations including advertising properties on the Choice Based Letting System, shortlisting applicants and contacting prospective customers. They are able to answer queries and give advice on a wide range of services including tenancy queries, mutual exchanges and anti social behaviour. The Local Area Advisors work closely with the Neighbourhood Officer and provide administrative support to allow the Neighbourhood Officers to be out in the community and interacting with customers.
Project Worker
Project Workers effectively manage licences, anti social behaviour, arrears, voids and general letting issues of homelessness accommodation. It is their responsibility to provide a supportive, safe and secure environment for customers. Additionally Project Workers develop partnerships with relevant support services and agencies to promote independent living and sustainable licences.
Income Recovery Team
The Income Recovery Team seeks to maximise the Association’s income, primary through rent/service charge collection and the recovery of financial arrears and recharges. They also provide financial and Welfare Benefit advice to current, future and former tenants.
Team Leaders
The Team Leader oversees the delivery of high quality Neighbourhood Management Services. They are responsible for the management of the Neighbourhood Teams and the Association’s area offices. Their role includes monitoring performance to ensure key targets are being met and are committed to working with their team to improve the customer experience.
Area Property Supervisors
Area Property Supervisors ensure that the Association’s properties are kept to the Association’s high standards. They minimise void times ensuring void repair standards are met and ensure responsive repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively to the customer’s satisfaction. Supervisors also supervise and manage on a day to day basis the responsive and voids repair function.
Ground Maintenence Operatives
GMOs provide a direct grounds maintenance service provision to the Associations properties and estates. They ensure that the properties and estates continue to be maintained and improved and meet current standards.
