We receive feedback from our tenants regularly, through satisfaction surveys and complaints.  This feedback will be published here for all tenants to read.  Our Frontline Services Improvement Panel will be looking at this feedback in more detail and using it to challenge us over the quality of our service and how we are performing for our tenants.
