Corporate social responsibility, or “CSR,” is the Association’s initiatives to assess and take responsibility for the Association effects on environmental and social wellbeing of our communities, tenants and staff. The term generally applies to the efforts that are above and beyond what is required of us by our regulator.

From the construction, materials and environmental impact of building our new homes to water usage in our offices, Broadland is commitment to having a positive impact on the environment. Often our initials mean savings for our tenant fuel bills and better living conditions.
