Charges

The charges for garages and parking spaces vary across our sites, depending on the services provided. To enquire about charges please contact our team on 0303 303 0003 (Option 4).

All spaces are monitored by a parking management company and are maintained by the Association. Although priority will always be given to Broadland tenants, private individuals can apply to rent one.

To make an application for either a garage or a parking space, please complete our application form and return it, fully completed, to enq@broadlandgroup.org.

To support the application we will also require the following supporting information:

Proof of Residency

One of the following as proof of your residency at the property:

• Bank statement
• Household bill
• Mortgage agreement
• Tenancy agreement

Proof of vehicle ownership

One of the following as proof that you are the registered owner of the vehicle:

• Valid insurance cover note
• Current insurance schedule
• V5 registration document
• Official bill of sale
• Recently dated letter from your employer confirming vehicle details and that you are the sole keeper and user at your address
