Sheltered housing is accommodation that has been specially designed to meet the needs of older people. We encourage all residents to live as independently as possible.

Sheltered housing can be accessed through Choice Based Lettings via the Local Authority in your area.

We currently have sheltered schemes located in Dereham, Norwich, Hethersett, Kings Lynn, Worlingham and Lowestoft.

All our schemes provide:

• Self contained flats or bungalows with their own bathroom and kitchen.
• Scheme manager services available
• 24 hour emergency assistance through a specialist call centre
• Communal/shared facilities, such as a communal lounge, gardens, laundry and guest(s) accommodation.
